Play Seat of Deceit with Friends
Invite good company. Prepare a terrible alibi.
Get everyone into the court
Each player opens Seat of Deceit in a browser, creates an account and activates it by email. Friends can join from iOS, Android or desktop. No app-store download is required for browser play.
Create and share a private room
From the lobby, create a private court and choose its size and variant. Share its room code with your friends. They enter that code in their lobby to join the same court. Roles are assigned only after the required participants confirm readiness.
Fill a smaller group with AI
Supported courts have eight, twelve or sixteen seats. If your group is smaller, enable AI when creating the private court and fill the remaining seats. Every human still needs to accept the ready check before assignment.
Pick your public character identity
Choose a character display name in the lobby before entering the match. Your account’s equipped portrait and frame provide your cosmetic appearance. These choices do not select your secret role or grant stronger abilities.
Keep conversation inside the rules
Public court chat, Cult conversation and special Warden or Seer channels each have their own disclosure rules. Use the channels the match provides so the court can judge what a character actually claimed. Your role card and countdown show what you can do next.
